offtopic – bread

I’m improving in baking my own bread.

This was a pre-mixed package for Italian Ciabatta, mainly wheat.ciabatta1ciabatta2

More to my taste is sourdough-rye bread. In this cause my own composition of homegrown sourdough, rye, wheat and amaranth, delicious!
